• While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return & Exchange Policies

• We accept returns and exchanges claim within 24 hours of receiving parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We recommend you to choose your size wisely before placing order, exchange will only be possible if the article you received does not match the size ordered.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@sehajrang.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative item of equal value.
• Items that are returned without original tags, have visible signs of wear, or are received after 7 days of complaint will not be accepted for exchange.
